AHEAD is seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Consultant – ServiceNow to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform, strong communication skills, and a proven track record of successful customer interactions and project deliveries.

This role demands a deep understanding of ITSM, Service Portal, Integrations, and ITOM modules such as Discovery, CMDB.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years hands-on ServiceNow development and implementation.
• Strong ITSM, Service Portal, and ITOM (Discovery, CMDB) expertise.
• Excellent communication for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience with HRSD or GRC modules preferred.
• Certifications: SNOW CSA / CDA or Implementer preferred.

Aufgaben

• Translate client requirements into user stories and tasks for the dev team.
• Configure ServiceNow ITSM, Service Portal, and ITOM modules.
• Conduct workshops and demos for stakeholders and end users.
• Collaborate to ensure high-quality delivery of ServiceNow solutions.
• Lead integrations using REST/SOAP and MID Server.
• Maintain Discovery and CMDB data and processes.
