Job summary

AHEAD is seeking an expert-level ServiceNow Principal Technical Consultant to lead the architecture, design, and deployment of complex ServiceNow programs. You will own the architecture for multi-module efforts and mentor teams, acting as a trusted advisor to senior management and customers.

The role requires elite technical skill, strong leadership, and the ability to drive strategy, governance, and scalable implementation across platforms and integrations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of ServiceNow experience with architecture focus.
• Expert knowledge across multiple ServiceNow modules (ITOM/ITAM/CSM/SecOps/IRM/HRSD) and at least two products.
• Advanced scripting on the platform (JavaScript, Glide API), Flow Designer, Service Portal.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams and mentor developers to design, architect, and deploy complex, scalable ServiceNow solutions.
• Own the solution architecture for complex, multi-module programs across technical teams.
• Lead end-to-end solution design including custom apps and Service Portal frameworks.
