Job summary

AHEAD is seeking a senior leader to drive ServiceNow deployments across complex programs in the United States. You will architect, design, and deliver high-impact solutions, lead large multi-resource teams, and guide pre-sales activities with clients at senior levels.

Ideal candidates bring deep ServiceNow expertise, strong ITOM knowledge, and outstanding communication and presentation skills to influence stakeholders and shape strategic implementations.

Qualifications

• Subject matter expert on the ServiceNow platform.
• Expert knowledge on at least two ITOM areas within ServiceNow.
• Expert level development skills on the ServiceNow platform.
• Demonstrated ability to articulate architecture trade-offs.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams to deploy solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
• Lead complex programs of multiple resources.
• Lead the architecture and design of complex solutions.
• Lead client workshops as process and technical expert.
• Participate in pre-sales as technical expert.
• Drive consensus with customers on complex solutions.
