Job summary

Plat4mation is a global Elite ServiceNow Partner delivering digital transformation across the ServiceNow suite. The ServiceNow Consultant will design tailored solutions and lead implementations of ITOM, IRM, CSM, SPM, and Service Portal, aligning them with ITIL and best practices.

You’ll work with cross‑functional teams and client executives, delivering user training and post‑implementation support in a flexible, growth‑driven environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL processes and ITSM best practices.
• Experience delivering user training and client workshops.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support end-to-end implementations of ServiceNow ITOM solutions.
• Conduct workshops to gather business requirements and translate them into effective solutions.
• Design, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications, including IRM, CSM, SPM, Service Portal, and ITOM modules.
• Support clients with user training, documentation, and post-implementation assistance.
• Act as a point of contact for issue resolution and ongoing improvements.
