Job summary

ICF is seeking an ITSM Process Implementer for ServiceNow ITSM implementations to support federal clients, including NIH. This remote-friendly role requires US residency and potential on-site 1–2 days weekly in Rockville, MD, with annual travel for collaboration.

The candidate will lead CMDB/ITSM design, governance, and integrations with Flexera, Service mapping, and AWS environments. Required: 6+ years ServiceNow experience, CSA certification, Bachelor’s degree, US Citizenship or Green Card,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• ServiceNow CSA required.
• US Citizen or Green Card Holder due to federal contract requirements.
• MUST RESIDE IN THE United States and work location within US.

Responsibilities

• Define, prioritize, and communicate the vision and roadmap for CMDB products and services, in alignment with client goals.
• Design, configure, and implement the ServiceNow ITSM platform, focusing on ITIL best practices.
• Deep knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, including ITSM, workflows, and administration.
• Apply strong analytical and problem‑solving skills to identify challenges and propose solutions.
• Establish data governance, attestations, and migrate CMDB data across CS maps and attestation pilots.
• Integrate CMDB with hardware/software asset management and connect ServiceNow CMDB with Flexera Data Platform.
• Create SOPs and develop dashboards/reports for monitoring and decision-making.
• Advance and mature the CMDB workspace and drive continuous improvement.
