Job summary

ICF's Digital Modernization Division seeks an ITSM Process Implementer with a strong ServiceNow ITSM background to lead design and implementation for federal clients.

You will coordinate SMEs to deliver ITIL-aligned CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, and integrations with Flexera; remote US-based with occasional on-site Rockville, MD.

Preferred candidates hold CSA, CIS ITSM, 6+ years of ServiceNow, and US citizenship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• ServiceNow CSA certification required.
• 6+ years of ServiceNow experience including Discovery, Service Mapping, Integrations and CSDM migration.

Responsibilities

• Define, prioritize, and communicate the vision and roadmap for CMDB products and services.
• Collaborate with ITSM owners and stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and validate requirements.
• Design, configure, and implement the ServiceNow ITSM platform per ITIL best practices.
