Job summary

CACI International Inc. seeks a Sr. ServiceNow Developer to lead end-to-end ServiceNow implementations across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD and CSM. The role requires TS/SCI with Poly, a strong background in CMDB and CSDM, and hands-on experience with APIs and data modeling.

You will mentor the technical team, coordinate with government and program leadership, and ensure upgrade-readiness and scalable architectures. A BA/BS is required and ITIL certification is desirable.

Qualifications

• 7+ years designing and implementing data services including IAM and COTS.
• Thorough experience with ServiceNow CMDB.
• Deep knowledge of ServiceNow CSDM.
• Experience with ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM in ServiceNow.
• Strong integration, APIs, and data modeling abilities.
• Experience working in an Agile sprint team environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of complex ServiceNow solutions.
• Serve as the technical SME, evaluating OOTB functionality versus customizations.
• Identify must-have vs. nice-to-have features across Incident, Change, and Asset Management.
• Act as liaison with government technical leaders, program leadership, and stakeholders.
• Deliver products in coordination with agile project teams and brief program/government personnel.
• Enforce development standards, code reviews, and architectural principles to minimize technical debt.
• Focus on long-term scalability and roadmap alignment.
• Assess current vs desired state and balance customization with OOTB capabilities.
• Create technical designs leveraging ServiceNow out-of-the-box features.
