Job summary

ICF's Digital Modernization Division is seeking an ITSM Process Implementer with a strong ServiceNow ITSM background to lead CMDB design, discovery, and mappings for federal clients. The role focuses on ITIL-aligned service management, integration, and data governance within a distributed team.

You will drive CMDB maturation, implement Discovery and Service Mapping, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise ITSM solutions for NIH and other federal agencies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• US Citizenship or Green Card due to federal contract
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required
• 6+ years ServiceNow experience including Discovery, Service Mapping, Integrations and CSDM Migration
• Must reside in the United States and work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Define, prioritize, and communicate the vision and roadmap for CMDB products and services
• Collaborate with ITSM process owners and stakeholders using agile methodologies
• Design, configure, and implement the ServiceNow ITSM platform per ITIL best practices
• Lead Discovery, Service Mapping, and CMDB integrations across environments
• Develop SOPs and dashboards to support monitoring, auditing, and decision-making
• Mature the CMDB workspace and transition the NCI CMDB project from walk to fly stage
