Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in designing and implementing data services with ServiceNow.
• Strong CMDB experience and knowledge of CSDM.
• Extensive ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, HRSD and CSM implementations.
• Experience with integrations, APIs, and data modeling.
• Experience in an agile sprint environment and enterprise service offerings.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of complex ServiceNow solutions.
• Serve as a technical SME, evaluating OOTB functionality against requirements.
• Identify must-have vs. nice-to-have features across core workflows.
• Liaise with government leaders, program leadership and stakeholders.
• Deliver products with agile project teams and briefings as required.
• Enforce development standards, code reviews, and architectural principles.
• Focus on long-term scalability and roadmap alignment.
• Lead designs leveraging OOTB ServiceNow capabilities with necessary customization.
