Job summary

Aprio’s Information Technology team seeks a ServiceNow CMDB/ITAM professional to design, govern, and continuously improve the CMDB and asset management practice. You will ensure accurate data, support ITSM processes, and enable reliable reporting.

The role focuses on integration, data quality, and governance across IT operations, security, and compliance, with a hybrid Atlanta work arrangement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3-5+ years of IT experience, with 2-3 years focused on ServiceNow CMDB/ITAM.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow CMDB, CSDM, Discovery, and IRE.
• Knowledge of ITAM disciplines (HAM/SAM) and software licensing.
• Experience integrating third-party data sources into ServiceNow via REST/SOAP, MID Server, and import sets.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain the CMDB aligned with the ServiceNow CSDM.
• Establish CMDB governance, data ownership and lifecycle states.
• Monitor CMDB health with dashboards and KPIs; remediate data issues.
