Job summary

KTek Resourcing seeks an experienced ServiceNow CMDB, CSDM & ITAM Solution Architect to lead design, implementation, and governance of the ServiceNow platform across ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM. This hands-on role requires building scalable CMDB models, HAM/SAM programs, and ensuring alignment between CIs, services, and applications.

The ideal candidate has deep expertise in CMDB design, Discovery, Service Mapping, CSDM, HAM, and SAM, with a proven track record of delivering enterprise-scale

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
8–12 years IT experience with hands-on ServiceNow expertise.
Experience delivering enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations and governance.

Responsibilities

Design and govern the ServiceNow CMDB, ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM integration.
Define scalable architecture, standards, and implement CMDB/CSDM models.
Lead platform design decisions and mentor teams.
Configure Discovery, Service Mapping, IRE, and related CMDB capabilities.
Partner with clients to translate requirements into architectural solutions.
