Job summary

Aprio seeks a seasoned ServiceNow CMDB professional in Atlanta to design and maintain a CMDB aligned with the CSDM, govern data ownership, and enforce data quality across the lifecycle. You will build integrations from Intune, SentinelOne, and Dynatrace while governing IRE rules and reconcilement strategies.

The role requires hands-on CMDB experience, ITAM knowledge, and ITIL/ITSM fluency. A focus on data accuracy and cross-functional collaboration will drive success in this critical enterprise

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 3–5+ years IT experience, with 2–3 years focused on ServiceNow CMDB/IT Asset Management.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow CMDB, CSDM, Discovery, and IRE.
• Working knowledge of ITAM disciplines (HAM and SAM), software licensing, and end-to-end asset lifecycle management.
• Experience integrating third-party data sources into ServiceNow using REST/SOAP, IntegrationHub, MID Servers, and transform maps.
• Solid understanding of ITIL/ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Configuration Management).
• ServiceNow certifications such as CIS- Discover, CIS-HAM, CIS-SAM, CSA or CAD are a plus.
• Experience migrating from another ITSM platform to ServiceNow.
• Familiarity with Intune, SentinelOne, and Dynatrace.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain the CMDB aligned with CSDM, including CI classes and relationships.
• Establish CMDB governance: data ownership, lifecycle states, naming conventions, and health policies.
• Monitor CMDB health with dashboards and KPIs; remediate duplicates and misclassifications.
• Configure and maintain ServiceNow Discovery, MID Servers, and Service Graph Connectors.
• Build integrations ingesting asset data from sources like Microsoft Intune, SentinelOne, and Dynatrace.
• Administer IRE, reconciliation rules, data source precedence, and transform maps.
• Own asset lifecycle management from procurement to retirement; manage HAM and SAM Pro.
• Define reconciliation processes across endpoint, security, and observability platforms to maintain single source of truth.
• Develop data normalization routines, audit checks, and data quality metrics.
• Collaborate with Incident, Problem, and Change Management to support impact analysis and change risk.
• Support service mapping and definition of business and application services.
• Create reports, dashboards, and Performance Analytics for IT leadership.
