Job summary

Legend Biotech in Bridgewater, NJ, seeks a Sr. Manager ServiceNow CMDB & Asset Governance to lead CMDB and IT Asset Management governance within ServiceNow.

You will own the CMDB lifecycle, integrate Intune Graph data, and ensure data quality across CI classes in a regulated environment. The role requires strong API expertise, experience with Microsoft Intune and Entra ID, and a track record of automating lifecycle processes to enhance scalability and audit readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field required.
• ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer, CIS-ITSM, CIS-ITOM or GRC).
• ITIL v4 certification or similar service management credentials.
• Minimum of 8–12 years of progressive experience in IT, incl. 3–5 years leading teams in healthcare settings.
• Experience with large enterprise environments; advanced knowledge of endpoint management platforms like Intune, JAMF, SCCM.

Responsibilities

• Lead stabilisation and transformation of CMDB and IT Asset Management processes in ServiceNow.
• Manage CMDB data model, CI class hierarchy, and IRE; support data quality and health dashboards.
• Own ServiceNow CMDB (Polaris) across CI classes: compute, network, application, cloud, mobile.
• Administer CMDB identification rules, reconciliation policies, and deduplication logic.
• Manage Data Manager policies for bulk CI updates, retirement, deletion, and archival.
• Design and maintain REST API integrations between ServiceNow CMDB and external platforms.
