Job summary

Soni seeks a Senior Manager – Enterprise CMDB & IT Asset Governance to lead CMDB and ITAM governance within our enterprise ITSM environment in New Jersey. You will own end-to-end lifecycle from auto-discovery to data quality and regulatory reporting.

The ideal candidate has 8–12+ years in regulated IT, strong API/UEM/IdP experience, and a proven ability to drive architecture, automation, and dashboards while leading teams and engaging stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years IT experience with 3–5 years leading teams in regulated sectors.
• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Business Admin or related field.
• Deep knowledge of CSDM, IRE, CI class management and automated IT asset lifecycles.
• Hands-on REST/GraphQL APIs, OAuth 2.0, JSON and integration orchestration.
• Experience with UEM platforms and cloud IdP data pipelines.
• Server-side scripting and analytics/dashboard development experience.
• ITSM governance certifications are a plus.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Govern CMDB and ITAM data quality and lifecycle governance.
• Administer CI class hierarchies, reconciliation rules, and data policies.
• Oversee hardware asset lifecycle from procurement to retirement.
• Own API connectors between ITSM, UEM, and IdP platforms.
• Design MID Server clusters and automated discovery components.
• Develop REST APIs and automation workflows; build dashboards.
• Produce executive dashboards and compliance analytics.
• Engage stakeholders as SME and drive automation initiatives.
