BayOne Solutions seeks a Senior ServiceNow Engineer to design, build, and scale ServiceNow solutions focusing on Asset Management and CMDB architecture for enterprise-scale operations. You will own data quality, CI modeling, relationships, and reconciliation across discovery sources and implement integrations with SCCM and other inventory tools.

Formación

• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development/administration experience.
• Deep expertise in ServiceNow Asset Management and CMDB modules.
• Strong understanding of CI classes, CI relationships, discovery patterns, and reconciliation identification rules.
• Proven experience supporting enterprise environments with large, complex user bases.
• Experience with ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, and integration frameworks (REST/SOAP, MID Server).
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Asset, Configuration Management).
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functional with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Must be based in or willing to work core hours aligned to Pacific Time Zone.
• Experience with data center asset management, including physical asset tracking, rack/power/space management.
• ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS‑HAM/SAM, CIS‑Discovery, CIS‑CMDB).
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with data center infrastructure management (DCIM) tools.
• Familiarity with cloud asset management (AWS/Azure/GCP) alongside on‑prem data center assets.
• Experience with ServiceNow platform upgrades, performance optimization, and scaled architecture.
• Background in Software Asset Management (SAM) licensing and compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Design, configure, and maintain ServiceNow ITAM and CMDB modules for enterprise-scale operations.
• Own CMDB data quality, CI class modeling, relationships, and reconciliation across sources.
• Implement and maintain Discovery, Service Mapping, and integrations for CMDB/ITAM.
• Collaborate with data center and operations teams to track hardware, software, and assets lifecycle.
• Develop and enforce CMDB governance policies, data certification, and health dashboards.
• Build custom apps, workflows, and integrations to support asset lifecycle and ITSM.
• Support user populations with high availability and performance requirements.
• Gather requirements and translate them into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
• Troubleshoot platform issues, including performance tuning and upgrade impact analysis.
• Mentor developers/administrators and contribute to best practices.
