Job summary

thinkbridge is seeking a ServiceNow Architect with 14+ years of IT experience, including 6+ years in ServiceNow, to lead enterprise-scale implementations. You will govern platform architecture, drive multi-tenant Domain Separation, and own CMDB, Discovery, data migration, and integrations for complex environments.

You will mentor teams, collaborate with enterprise architects, and shape governance, security, and upgrade strategies in a remote-first, US-shift setup.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations.
• Strong knowledge of ITSM, CSM, CMDB, and Discovery.
• Hands-on design, governance, and integration capabilities.
• Domain-separated multi-tenant architecture experience.
• Data migration, coalescing, and service mapping expertise.
• Platform development using Flow Designer, UI Builder, and scripting.
• Proven stakeholder management in large programs.

Responsibilities

• Define and govern ServiceNow platform architecture and roadmap.
• Lead design workshops translating business requirements into scalable solutions.
• Architect ITSM and CSM implementations following best practices.
• Design multi-tenant environments with Domain Separation.
• Define CMDB strategy, Discovery, and service mapping approach.
• Review designs, integrations, and data migration strategies.
• Establish governance, security, performance, and upgrade plans.
• Mentor developers, admins, and business analysts.
• Collaborate with enterprise architects and stakeholders.
