Qualifications

• Understanding of Configuration Management as it relates to ITIL and CSDM in ServiceNow.
• Experience handling development scope for Change module in ServiceNow.
• Web services integration experience (SOAP, REST, JSON, JDBC).
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP ports, firewalls, protocols).
• Strong communication, presentation and writing skills.
• Troubleshooting with ability to influence stakeholders.
• Administration of a ServiceNow instance including CMS, workflows, ACLs and catalogs.
