Job summary

NTT DATA North America is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Business Process Consultant in a remote role with occasional travel. You will blend process consulting with business analysis to guide client engagements from discovery through delivery.

You’ll lead workshops, capture requirements, and shape solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and other modules. Expect a flexible, remote-friendly environment with opportunity for growth and impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of ServiceNow consulting across multiple modules.
• 5+ years of business analysis, requirements gathering, and stakeholder engagement.
• Proven ability to lead client workshops and translate needs into solutions.
• Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum support.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions and process workshops for client solutions.
• Advise on best practices for ServiceNow ITSM/ITOM/HRSD/CSM implementations.
• Create process workflows, workshop materials, and training resources.
• Capture requirements, user stories, and test plans; support UAT and go-live.
• Lead client trainings and develop user-friendly job aids.
