Qualifications

• 8+ years in consulting or business process transformation with ServiceNow.
• Expertise in ITSM, HRSD, CSM, HAM, ITAM and ITOM process design.
• Strong ITIL knowledge and enterprise service management.
• Experience facilitating workshops with executives and ops teams.
• Ability to create process maps, governance models and procedures.
• Experience with Agile delivery and user stories.
• Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder skills.
• Experience on enterprise digital transformation programs.
