Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in the United States is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to drive enterprise IT and ServiceNow initiatives. You will gather requirements, analyze processes, map workflows, and document governance for ITSM projects, partnering with stakeholders across complex environments.

Requirements include 5+ years delivering IT solutions with hands-on ServiceNow experience, strong communication, and ITIL knowledge.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of ServiceNow CMDB and CSDM.
• Requirements gathering and business process analysis.
• Workshop facilitation and stakeholder management.
• Process mapping and documentation.
• ITIL Foundation knowledge.
• Data analysis and reporting.
• User story and acceptance criteria creation.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or a related technical field; master’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years delivering enterprise IT or software solutions with hands-on ServiceNow experience.
• Stakeholder engagement to document and prioritize requirements for ServiceNow enhancements.
• Create and manage enhancement stories with RTM and support UAT, deployment, and production verification.
• Define governance processes and ensure adherence.
• Create CI Data Health reports and work with CI Data Owners to close data gaps.
• Experience defining CI Data audits with owners.

Responsibilities

• Lead governance and process documentation for IT service management.
• Gather and prioritise requirements for ServiceNow enhancements.
• Create, manage, and prioritise enhancement development stories with acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate UAT, deployment, and production verification with stakeholders.
• Develop CI data health reports and address data gaps with data owners.
• Facilitate workshops and manage stakeholder communications.
