Nuway Solutions, LLC. is seeking a ServiceNow Business Analyst to join the CMDB Project Team. You will map application services, define improvements to ITIL processes, and train users on process updates.

The role supports CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping, working with architects and development teams to improve data quality and operationalize CMDB initiatives. You will translate requirements into user stories, collaborate on Service Maps, and help ensure data certification and integrity

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience eliciting requirements and designing business processes.
• Experience implementing and supporting ServiceNow CMDB and Service Mapping.
• ITIL v3 certification or other ServiceNow certifications.
• BA or BS degree in a related technical field.

Responsabilités

• Define requirements and user stories for the CMDB project and its integration with ITIL processes (Change, Incident).
• Support the Architect in creating Service Maps with Product Owners.
• Collaborate with the ServiceNow development team to select the best solution for defined requirements.
• Create and execute test scripts and plans to support development efforts.
• Assist with data quality efforts of identified CI classes.
• Define requirements for CMDB data certification and data integrity enhancements.
• Develop training material and process documentation for project go-lives.
• Carry out additional duties as assigned.

Description du poste

The ServiceNow Business Analyst will be a key member of the CMDB Project Team. You will be working directly with the architect and development teams on the project to map application services, implement process improvements that support data quality, define improvements to ITIL processes to utilize CMDB more effectively, and communicate/train users on process updates. This project role will assist with the continued date quality improvements and operationalize CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping processes in the organization.

Duties and responsibilities

You will:

Work directly with the ServiceNow project team to define requirements and user stories as it relates to the CMDB project and its integration with other ITIL processes (Change, Incident, etc.).

Support the Architect in the creation of Service Maps with identified Product Owners.

Work directly with the ServiceNow development team to select the most effective solution for defined requirements.

Create and execute test scripts and plans to support development efforts.

Assist with data quality efforts of identified CI classes.

Define requirements for process updates within the CMDB for data certification and data integrity.

Develop training material and process/system support documentation for project go lives.

Carry out additional duties as assigned.
