Job summary

Nüvitek is seeking a Senior Business Analyst, ServiceNow to align business objectives with ServiceNow capabilities and ensure strategic, compliant implementation. The role requires deep ServiceNow experience, strong analytics, and cross-team collaboration.

The position is 100% on-site in Chantilly, VA, with a Top Secret clearance required. Active TS/SCI preferred. Compensation ranges from $95,000 to $120,000 per year, with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in complex enterprise environments.
• Proven experience leading requirements gathering and backlog refinement across multiple modules.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders, delivery teams, and product owners to document business and technical requirements for ServiceNow implementations.
• Translate needs into user stories and acceptance criteria for scalable solutions.
• Act as liaison between business users and technical teams to ensure clear understanding of functionality.
• Support platform configuration and enhancements across PSDS, ITSM, HRSD, ITAM, SECOPS, CSM, data modeling, forms, lists, workflows, and reporting.
• Conduct gap analyses and recommend workflow optimizations and automation opportunities.
• Assist in UAT, solution design sessions, and stakeholder demos.
