Job summary

Platform 6 Ltd seeks a ServiceNow Business Analyst or Consultant to join a permanent team in the USA, with a hybrid pattern in Virginia.

You must hold TS/SCI clearance, USC, and have 5+ years of ServiceNow experience; role covers integration, workflows, configuration, analysis and support at client sites.

Onsite three days a week across locations in Reston, Herndon, Chantilly, Springfield or Suitland; consulting background preferred; CSA/CIS certifications desirable.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience with ServiceNow platform.
• Security Clearance: TS/SCI required.
• US Citizenship (USC) required.
• Strong consulting and client-facing skills.
• Experience in integration, workflows, configuration, and analysis.
• Certification: ServiceNow CSA or CIS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Involves integration, workflows, configuration, analysis and support.
• Client-facing consulting responsibilities across US client locations.
• Hybrid working arrangement with on-site presence in Virginia (Reston, Herndon, Chantilly, Springfield or Suitland).
