Job summary

Nuvitek is hiring a Business Analyst specializing in ServiceNow to join a delivery-focused team. This role requires working fully on-site in Chantilly, VA, with active TS/SCI preferred and a Top Secret clearance as noted by government contracting context.

You will translate business needs into actionable stories and collaborate across technical and business teams to drive optimized ServiceNow solutions. Ideal candidates have 5+ years as a BA, strong analytical skills, and experience guiding

Qualifications

Minimum 5+ years as a Business Analyst in complex enterprises.
Proven experience gathering requirements and refining backlogs.
Strong written and verbal communication for technical and executive audiences.
Experience with ServiceNow or similar platforms is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders and delivery teams to gather and document requirements for ServiceNow implementations.
Translate requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria for development.
Act as liaison between business users and technical teams to ensure understanding.
Support platform configuration across modules such as ITSM, HRSD, CSM, and reporting.
Conduct gap analyses and recommend workflow optimizations and automation.
Assist in UAT, solution design sessions, and stakeholder demos.
Ensure compliance with Fed IT standards and best practices.
Participate in backlog management and Agile ceremonies with Scrum Masters.
