Job summary

This full-time, remote role operates on EST hours and requires U.S.

citizenship for Secret-level clearance. Responsibilities include leading workshops, crafting user stories and acceptance criteria, performing gap analyses, and guiding junior analysts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 3 years on the ServiceNow platform.
• Experience in the federal contracting space (DoD, DHS, or Civilian agencies).
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) is REQUIRED.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/BA or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead client workshops and focus groups to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements, aligning with agency goals.
• Translate high-level needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specs within Agile/Scrum.
• Develop and maintain detailed process maps, workflows, and data models for end-to-end service delivery.
• Advise government stakeholders on ServiceNow best practices and avoid excessive customization.
