Job summary

LightFeather is seeking a ServiceNow Developer with a strong focus on supporting federal clients using modern web technologies. This role offers opportunities to design, configure, and implement baseline and custom ServiceNow applications within enterprise environments.

You will provide architectural input, maintain platform stability, and collaborate with business, systems, and Technology partners to deliver scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
• Strong familiarity with ServiceNow modules (SDLC, catalog, portal, reports, incident, knowledge base).
• Excellent communication with business and technical teams; self-aware and collaborative.

Responsibilities

• Work independently and as a technical team member.
• Design, configure, develop, and implement baseline and custom ServiceNow applications.
• Provide architectural input and maintain platform stability with standards.
• Advise admin teams on design, development, and best practices.
• Collaborate to develop business and system requirements.
• Develop enhancements on existing ServiceNow applications.
• Script Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, ACLs, workflow activities.
• Facilitate rollout of new applications and enhancements.
• Analyze system performance and identify improvements.
