Job summary

LightFeather is seeking a senior ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and deploy ServiceNow solutions for federal government projects. This role requires deep technical leadership, platform architecture expertise, and capabilities in integrations, workflow automation, and security.

The ideal candidate will lead teams in an Agile environment, drive CI/CD for ServiceNow deployments, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, App Engine, and Service

Qualifications

9+ years hands-on ServiceNow platform development and administration experience.
Active DHS Public Trust clearance or higher required for federal projects.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) credential is required or in hand.

Responsibilities

Lead design, configuration, development, and deployment of ServiceNow apps.
Develop and enhance ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, App Engine, and Service Portal modules.
Drive integrations using REST, SOAP, MID Server, Integration Hub, and external connectors.
Ensure security, RBAC, and data governance across platforms.
Mentor a team of developers and guide best practices in Agile delivery.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
Troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and perform root cause analysis.
Participate in Scrum/Kanban ceremonies and maintain documentation.
