Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules including Service Catalog, Service Portal, Reports, Incident, Knowledge.
• Familiar with ITIL/ITSM and PMP/PRINCE2 practices.

Responsibilities

• Work independently and as a technical team member.
• Configure, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications.
• Provide architectural input and maintain platform stability.
• Script Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, ACLs, workflows.
• Collaborate with business and tech partners in requirements meetings.
• Develop and enhance existing ServiceNow solutions.
• Facilitate rollout of new applications and enhancements.
• Analyze system performance and propose improvements.
