Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
• Strong familiarity with ServiceNow Suite of tools (Service Catalog, Service Portal, Reports, Incident and Knowledge Base).
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and with ITIL/ITSM principles.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, develop, and implement baseline and custom ServiceNow applications.
• Provide architectural input and ensure design and development standards are followed.
• Collaborate with business, systems, and Technology partners in requirements meetings.
• Script Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, ACLs, and Workflow Activities as needed.
• Support rollout of new applications and enhancements in ServiceNow.
• Analyze system performance issues and implement improvements.
