Job summary

RoShay Services in Denver seeks a Sr. Associate, ServiceNow, to lead and execute platform implementations and optimizations.

You will provide expertise in ITSM, ITOM, and IRM, run client workshops to translate needs into requirements, and manage on‑shore and off‑shore teams in an agile setting. Travel flexibility is required to support client engagements and project milestones.

Qualifications

• Three years of managing large enterprise ServiceNow deployments (ITSM/ITOM/IRM).
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Completion of at least one ServiceNow full implementation with CSA and CIS module certifications.

Join a dynamic Advisory team as a Sr. Associate, ServiceNow, to lead and execute platform implementations and optimizations.

Responsibilities Include

• Providing expertise in ServiceNow implementations across ITSM, ITOM, and IRM, leading planning and execution of workstreams.
• Conducting client workshops to assess needs and translating them into functional and technical requirements.
• Managing on-shore and off-shore teams to deliver agile-based project components.
• Evaluating platform performance, troubleshooting issues, and recommending solutions.
• Ensuring development content adheres to standards and reviewing deliverables.
• Preparing progress reports and advising stakeholders on project status and decision-making.

Qualifications

• At least three years of managing large enterprise systems with direct ServiceNow experience, focusing on ITSM, ITOM, and IRM.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Completion of at least one ServiceNow full implementation, with current certifications such as CSA and relevant CIS modules.
• Experience leading agile teams and customizing workflows using JavaScript.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with travel flexibility as needed.
• Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
