Job summary

RoShay Services in Dallas, Texas seeks an experienced ServiceNow program lead to guide ITSM, ITOM, or IRM implementations and manage global client workshops. Qualifications

• Minimum three years managing large enterprise systems with ServiceNow (ITSM/ITOM/IRM).
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience leading ServiceNow implementations with CSA and CIS modules.
• Proficiency in customizing workflows, Business Rules, and UI Scripts using JavaScript.
• Ability to lead agile teams and manage complex project requirements.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
