Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology, Inc. is seeking a ServiceNow Developer Sr Principal to lead enterprise ITAM/CMDB initiatives and design SAM/HAM workflows. Remote role with opportunities to shape government projects and mentor junior developers.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of ServiceNow experience, strong JavaScript skills, and a track record in integrations and platform architecture. A ServiceNow CA Admin cert is required along with a commitment to continuous learning and process

Qualifications

8+ years of related experience in ServiceNow development and configuration.
Experience with CMDB, ITAM, SAM, HAM implementations.
Ability to design and implement integrations via IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP.
Strong scripting in JavaScript and ServiceNow platform architecture.
Professional communication with stakeholders and mentoring.

Responsibilities

Architect and automate ITAM and CMDB capabilities.
Design and configure SAM/HAM workflows, including licensing and lifecycle management.
Develop scripts, Business Rules, Flow Designer, and Service Portal widgets.
Build integrations with external data sources via REST/SOAP and MID Server.
Provide technical guidance, code reviews, and mentoring.
