Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Consultant to lead architecture and governance of the ServiceNow platform. This remote, full-time role requires driving multi-year roadmaps and standards across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, and custom apps.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in ServiceNow, strong data model and integration experience, and proven leadership with enterprise-scale implementations. Remote work across the United States is supported.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Eight or more years of ServiceNow experience with architectural/leadership roles.
• Deep expertise across multiple ServiceNow modules.
• Strong data model, scripting, scoped apps, and platform internals knowledge.
• Hands-on with IntegrationHub, REST APIs, and complex integrations.
• Experience designing CMDB, discovery, and service mapping implementations.
• Strong security, ACLs, and role design understanding at scale.
• Experience leading upgrades and release planning.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• ServiceNow CTA, CIS, or CSA certifications.

Responsibilities

• Define ServiceNow platform architecture across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, GRC, and custom apps.
• Lead architecture reviews and governance for changes across modules.
• Set standards for data models, CMDB, and scoped applications.
• Drive CMDB strategy including discovery and data quality programs.
• Architect integrations with enterprise systems via APIs and event-driven patterns.
• Design platform-wide security models and role-based access controls.
• Lead upgrades and release planning for stable, current platforms.
• Mentor developers and admins on best practices.
