Qualifications

• 8+ years of related experience in software engineering or service management.
• Experience with ServiceNow administration and implementation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of ServiceNow Hardware and Software Asset Monitoring (HAM/SAM) and SBOM and provide ongoing management of the system.
• Collaborate with other GDIT and AmeriCorps personnel to ensure requirements are captured and achieved.
• Drive inventory management and control.
• Utilize ServiceNow and Azure skills and technologies.
