Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in an IT Architect role.
• 6+ years of IT experience with ServiceNow configuration, scripting, and development.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and architecture of scalable ServiceNow solutions.
• Partner with analysts and IT teams to deliver high-quality ServiceNow apps and workflows.
• Own technical design decisions balancing business needs and maintainability.
• Provide guidance and reviews to development teams on platform best practices.
• Monitor platform health and optimize performance with security in mind.
• Create architecture diagrams, data flows, and implementation guidance.
