Job summary

Geospatial And Cloud Analytics Inc is seeking a ServiceNow Architect to design and lead enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions for a USAF program, including ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, IRM, SecOps, HRSD, and App Engine platforms.

You will interface with users and stakeholders to translate requirements into architectural blueprints, drive platform governance, implement integrations via Integration Hub and REST APIs, and guide developers towards compliant, scalable implementations.

Qualifications

• Must have high level requirements gathering from users and constraints.

Responsibilities

• Architect scalable, secure, and compliant ServiceNow solutions across multiple domains.
• Lead platform governance and ensure alignment with federal security standards.
• Guide developers/administrators on technical design, configuration, and implementation.
• Produce and maintain technical design docs and architecture diagrams.
• Collaborate with program managers and stakeholders on roadmap planning and delivery.
