Job summary

GovCIO is seeking a ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect to drive the architecture, design, and implementation of enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions for a USAF program. The role is based on-site at Langley AFB, with responsibility for ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, IRM, SecOps, HRSD, and App Engine domains.

Lead platform governance, collaborate with stakeholders, and guide developers toward scalable, secure deployments that meet federal security standards.

Qualifications

• Top Secret with SCI eligibility is required.
• 10+ years of experience in ServiceNow architecture and platform enhancements.
• DoD 8570.01-M IAT Level II or equivalent certification.
• Experience leading enterprise ServiceNow implementations for government programs.
• Ability to translate technical and business requirements into architectural blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Architect scalable, secure, and compliant ServiceNow solutions across multiple domains and modules.
• Lead platform governance and ensure alignment with best practices and federal security standards.
• Guide developers and administrators on technical design, configuration, and implementation.
• Produce and maintain technical design documentation, architectural diagrams, and configuration standards.
• Collaborate with Program Managers, Product Owners, and stakeholders on roadmap planning and delivery.
• Develop integrations using Integration Hub and REST APIs to enable data sharing.
