Edward Jones is seeking a ServiceNow Solution Architect to design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions aligned with business goals. You will work with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable configurations and optimize workflows for better service delivery.

You will guide platform health, oversee integrations with other systems, and mentor team members while staying current with ServiceNow best practices and industry trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years in design/architecture for ServiceNow or large-scale enterprise platforms.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and web technologies.
• Deep understanding of ServiceNow automation (Flows, Playbooks, Integration Hub).
• Experience with low-code/no-code aspects of ServiceNow.
• Excellent communication skills translating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide architecture leadership of the ServiceNow platform, partnering with Enterprise Architecture, Security, and Infra.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
• Architect, configure, and guide ServiceNow applications while maintaining platform health and stability.
• Oversee vendor and third-party partners supporting the ServiceNow platform.
• Lead architecture reviews and enforce best practices; evaluate health scan findings and remediation.
