Job summary

Leidos Inc. is seeking a NMS ServiceNow Senior Software Designer to lead ServiceNow architecture and integrations in AT&T National Security programs.

The role emphasizes DoD 8140.03 compliance, cross‑platform server design, and end-to-end implementation on Windows and Linux with MariaDB data services. The candidate will drive platform roadmaps, establish engineering baselines, and mentor teams while aligning with agile practices and secure coding standards.

Qualifications

• Must meet Information Assurance Technical (IAT) Level 2 certification requirements.
• Must have ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification.
• Must have at least one other advanced ServiceNow certification.
• 15+–16+ years of combined experience in systems engineering roles or equivalent.
• Experience leading teams and coordinating with stakeholders in a mission-critical environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead systems engineering for the ServiceNow ecosystem on RHEL and Windows.
• Architect and evolve platform capabilities and roadmaps for ServiceNow and integrated systems.
• Define technical baselines, manage risks and dependencies, and communicate impacts to leadership.
• Automate deployment and configuration using Ansible, Python, Terraform, and PowerShell.
• Perform root-cause analysis and drive corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Ensure RMF A&A compliance and implement secure design practices.
