Qualifications

• Senior ServiceNow architect with end-to-end platform design ownership.
• RBAC/ACL design, Service Portal, Flow Designer, Script Includes, scoped architecture.
• Inbound/outbound integration design including scripted REST APIs and mTLS.
• Data model design and knowledge/user criteria access control.
• US person and CONUS-based work only.

Responsabilités

• Guide clients through complex ServiceNow implementations.
• Mentor and lead developers and business process consultants.
