Job summary

You will design, implement, and optimize ServiceNow modules such as ITBM, HRSD, and S2P, ensure upgrades and performance, and collaborate with business teams and vendors to deliver scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of ServiceNow experience.
• 3+ years implementing S2P / SPM / HRSD solutions.

Job description

This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days onsite and flexibility to work remotely 2 days per week. The role will be 80% technical and 20% functional/coordination responsibilities.

We are looking for an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer / Architect to support enterprise ServiceNow initiatives in a complex multi vendor environment. This role requires strong technical expertise, solution architecture experience, platform governance knowledge, and the ability to resolve complex technical and integration issues. The candidate should be comfortable working closely with business teams, vendors, architects, and engineering teams to deliver scalable and supportable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support ServiceNow enterprise solutions
• Provide technical leadership in a multi vendor environment
• Support platform governance, upgrades, integrations, and operational stability
• Resolve complex platform, performance, and integration issues
• Work with business and technical teams to provide scalable solutions

Experience

• Experience working in large enterprise and governance-driven environments
• Experience supporting platform operations, upgrades, and audits
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
