Job summary
NetImpact Strategies Inc. seeks a Principal ServiceNow Platform Architect to serve as the technical authority for a Federal Agency’s enterprise ServiceNow platform. This role emphasizes architecture standards, security controls, data governance, and cross-team coordination to deliver on a shared platform.
U.S. citizenship and a post-award government background check are required. The position is remote within the US, with experience guiding complex incidents and ensuring upgrade-safe designs
Qualifications
- Eight+ years of ServiceNow platform experience across enterprise deployments.
- Four+ years in a ServiceNow architect role leading design sessions and reviews.
- Expertise in enterprise ServiceNow architecture, ITSM/ITOM/ITAM, CSDM/CMDB, integrations, security.
Responsibilities
- Establish platform architecture standards, roadmaps, and approved patterns.
- Lead architecture reviews for platform integrations and customizations.
- Own technical direction for platform-level integrations, identity/SSO, and data interfaces.
- Guide upgrades, health scans, and secure coding practices across teams.
- Mentor admins, developers, and testers in best practices and governance.
