Job summary

Responsibilities

Lead architectural design and technical governance for the ServiceNow platform.
Design and develop workflows, business rules, and custom apps using JavaScript and ServiceNow APIs.
Coordinate with stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable ServiceNow solutions.
Oversee integrations and data flows between ServiceNow and external systems.
Recommend process improvements and mentor development teams.
