Job summary

MSH in Chantilly, VA is seeking a senior ServiceNow Architect to lead IRM/GRC initiatives (Policy & Compliance, Risk Management, Audit Management) using the ServiceNow platform. You will design, implement, and optimize integrations (SOAP/REST, SSO, SAML), build risk and compliance dashboards, and guide cross-functional teams in Agile ceremonies throughout delivery.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or an equivalent technical field.
8+ years of professional experience in the ServiceNow ecosystem performing project implementations in Agile environments.
6+ years specializing in multiple major ServiceNow suites (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CMDB, SPM).
Extensive experience creating and managing complex integrations (SOAP, REST, SSO, SAML, SSL, LDAP, JDBC, ODBC, MID Servers, eBonding, API development).
Knowledge of MID Server, LDAP, SSO, OAuth, and Web Services integration.

Responsibilities

Envision, design, and implement new features using the ServiceNow low-code platform based on the prioritized product backlog.
Lead teams in ServiceNow development, configuration, administration, and deployments.
Unit test developed features and conduct peer reviews of code as needed.
Attend and participate in Agile ceremonies and sprint demos.
Deliver presentations to the client during sprint demos and coordinate meetings with intersecting teams.
