Job summary

Value Innovation Labs Inc. seeks an experienced ServiceNow GRC/IRM and SecOps Technical Architect to lead design, development and optimization of enterprise ServiceNow solutions.

You will drive architecture, integration with SIEM and risk tools, mentor teams, and partner with security, risk and IT stakeholders to deliver scalable implementations.

The role demands strong leadership, hands-on development, and a track record of delivering complex platforms in large organizations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in ServiceNow with enterprise implementations.
• Extensive IRM/GRC and SecOps experience.
• Proven enterprise architecture design and leadership.
• Expertise in ServiceNow development, scripting, business rules.
• Experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP integrations.
• Strong security, data protection and access control knowledge.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, design and implementation of ServiceNow GRC/IRM and SecOps.
• Architect risk, policy, audit, and third-party risk workflows.
• Develop integrations with enterprise security tools and SIEM.
• Guide platform data models, configurations and integration frameworks.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to teams.
• Support demonstrations, workshops, and presales as needed.
