Job summary

Fyerx is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Technical Architect specializing in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) and Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM). The consultant will design scalable ServiceNow GRC/IRM solutions and guide implementation teams in a fully remote arrangement.

Candidates should have 10–12 years of total and relevant ServiceNow experience, strong architecture skills, and certification in ServiceNow CAD and CIS-GRC.

Qualifications

• 10–12 years of total and relevant experience in ServiceNow, with strong architecture in GRC/TPRM.
• Hands-on experience architecting ServiceNow GRC/IRM solutions.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow IRM and TPRM.
• Experience with enterprise ServiceNow integrations and platform design.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical architectures.

Responsibilities

• Design and architect enterprise ServiceNow GRC/IRM and TPRM solutions.
• Define technical architecture, solution design, integration approaches, and standards.
• Lead technical design and configuration of risk and compliance capabilities.
• Guide third-party risk management and vendor risk workflows.
• Review integrations between ServiceNow and external enterprise apps.
• Provide technical guidance to developers and implementation teams.
• Ensure solutions align with security, risk, and compliance requirements.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and ensure scalability.
