• Certified Implementation Specialist - CSM.
• Extensive hands-on experience architecting and delivering ServiceNow solutions.
• Ability to travel 40–60% to meet clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical design of ServiceNow disputes solutions.
• Define architectures covering case design, integrations, data flows, security.
• Own solution‑level architectural decisions and trade-offs.
• Guide delivery teams and translate designs into configuration and code.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful delivery and quality.
