Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Science or Technology field with 9+ years of experience.
• Strong ServiceNow background in enterprise systems and solution architecture, preferably in regulated environments.
• Experience designing and governing enterprise service management, Service Portal, Catalogs, HR, CSM, GRC & workflow automation.
• Proven ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders in cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develops discipline strategy aligned with functional goals and business objectives.
• Provides architectural leadership for enterprise service management, ServiceNow, and enterprise solutions.
• Ensures quality and effectiveness of major initiatives through risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
• Partners with business, HR, IT, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technology solutions.
• Reviews and evaluates solution options for security and technical fit.
• Mentors and shares architectural best practices to advance technical expertise.
• Identifies emerging technology trends and incorporates relevant advancements into planning.
• Shapes and manages vendor relationships in alignment with standards.
• Ensures adherence to security, compliance, data protection, and audit requirements.
• Contributes to multi-year roadmaps and project plans.
