Job summary

EY seeks a ServiceNow Architect/Manager to design, architect, and deliver advanced ServiceNow solutions for Financial Services. You will own architecture across workflows, integrations, data, security, and performance, guiding delivery teams and translating business requirements into scalable solutions.

You will lead complex implementations, engage with clients, and ensure best practices and regulatory compliance. EY offers a hybrid model and a comprehensive rewards package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering or similar.
• Typically, no less than 4 - 6 years of IT experience.
• Certified Implementation Specialist - CSM.
• Extensive hands-on experience architecting and delivering ServiceNow solutions.
• Ability to lead technical discussions confidently with customers and stakeholders.
• Prior consulting experience.
• Excellent soft skills – executive communication, adaptability, problem solving, teamwork.
• Experience leading teams and supervising others.
• Driver’s license valid in the U.S.
• Ability to travel 40-60% to meet client needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical design of ServiceNow disputes solutions.
• Define technical architectures covering case management, integration, data flows, security.
• Own solution-level architectural decisions and trade-offs.
• Guide and oversee technical implementation activities across delivery teams.
• Ensure architecture is translated accurately into configuration and code.
• Support teams in resolving complex build and deployment challenges.
• Travel to meet client needs.
• Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Collaborate with CMAs, solution architects from other workstreams, developers, and quality testers.
