Xlysi LLC seeks a highly experienced ServiceNow Architect to design and implement enterprise-grade solutions. The candidate will lead end-to-end efforts across CSM, HRSD, ITSM, and Service Portal/Employee Center, ensuring scalable architecture and strong governance.

You will drive integration work with REST, IntegrationHub, and MID Server while mentoring teams. Must have 10+ years of ServiceNow experience, deep knowledge of CMDB, ITOM, and performance analytics, and hands-on expertise with Flow

Qualifications

10+ years of ServiceNow experience.
Experience across CSM, HRSD, ITSM, and Service Portal/Employee Center.
Hands-on integrations using REST, IntegrationHub, MID Server, and third-party applications.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end ServiceNow solution design and implementation.
Architect and deliver solutions across CSM, HRSD, ITSM, Service Catalog, Knowledge Management, and Service Portal/Employee Center.
Drive platform governance, best practices, scalability, and performance optimization.
Develop and support integrations using REST, IntegrationHub, MID Server, and third-party applications.
Configure and customize ServiceNow using Flow Designer, UI Builder, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and App Engine.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
Mentor development teams and provide technical leadership.
